How to delete your account

  1. Open the Uchumi360 mobile app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to your profile or account settings screen.
  3. Select the option to delete your account.
  4. If you signed up with email and password, enter your password when prompted.
  5. Type DELETE to confirm the deletion request.
  6. Submit the request to permanently delete the account.

What data is deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, your Uchumi360 app user account is permanently removed from our active application database, including:

  • Your app profile details, such as your name and email address
  • Your app authentication and active login session records
  • Your account access to Uchumi360 mobile app features

What data may be retained

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational compliance purposes. Any retained data is kept only for as long as required by applicable obligations.
